Three federal judges set to hear arguments on Tuesday in the challenge to Donald Trump's travel ban likely won't hand down their decision the same day, a court official said.

"We don't expect a ruling today; we expect it this week," said David Madden, spokesman for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
