Foreign monitors observing Ukraine's separatist conflict said on Wednesday that a missing local staff member "was returned" to the mission in the rebel-controlled eastern city of Donetsk.  

"The SMM staff member who went missing on 7 June was returned today to the Mission in Donetsk," said a statement on the Facebook page of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's Ukraine mission.
