Two people died Monday in Venezuela during protests against President Nicolas Maduro, a source in the prosecutor's office said, correcting an earlier toll of three killed.
"We have checked and I confirm the deaths of two men in the protests in Barinas and Merida," two cities in the west of Venezuela, the source told AFP.
