Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi said Tuesday her National League for Democracy (NLD) would win a majority in Myanmar's upcoming landmark elections if they are "free and fair".
Asked by AFP if she was confident of winning a dominant share of seats in November, when the NLD will contest its first general election in more than two decades she replied: "If the elections are free and fair, of course."
