The United States should stay in the Paris climate accord but renegotiate it, Energy Secretary Rick Perry said Tuesday, with a decision expected by President Donald Trump next month.
"I'm not going to tell the president of the United States to walk away from Paris accord," Perry said during the Bloomberg New Energy Finance conference in New York.
"I will say that we need to renegotiate it," he said.
