A New York brownstone featured in early episodes of TV\'s \"Sex and the City\" is for sale for $9.65 million, its Sotheby\'s International Realty listing said. The New York Daily News reported the 4,100-square-foot, four-story West Village townhouse served as the original setting for the home of fictional columnist Carrie Bradshaw, played in the show by Sarah Jessica Parker. The 5-bedroom building, which is a magnet for tourists who recognize it from the popular series, was sold for $9 million in November, the Daily News said. The series\' producers moved the location to the building next door some time during the show\'s six-season run from 1998 until 2004, the newspaper said. No reason was given for the move.
