NBC has canceled its freshman sitcom "The Michael J. Fox Show" due to low ratings, EW.com reported. The series will be replaced in its Thursday night time slot by "Hollywood Game Night," the entertainment news website said Wednesday. It is unclear if NBC will air the remaining seven episodes it has. Fox was the star of "Family Ties" and "Spin City," but he took a break from acting for more than a decade to be with his family and deal with the effects of his Parkinson's disease.
