Pleasant weather conditions are expected to prevail on Wednesday across many parts of the Kingdom, while it will be moderate in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief.
High clouds are also expected with southeasterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added.
Maximum temperatures expected for today in Amman and the southern cities will reach 21 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 9 and 11 degrees respectively, while mercury levels in the northern governorates will range between a high of 23 and a low of 12 degrees at night. The weather will be warmer in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 26 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 18 at night, the JMD added.
The Kingdom will be affected on Thursday by unstable weather conditions. Therefore, the it will be partly cloudy with a chance for scattered showers, accompanied by thunder at times, especially in the eastern regions .
Winds will be southeasterly moderate to brisk at times, the JMD further said.
Mercury levels will slightly drop on Friday, but similar conditions will continue with a chance for scattered rainfall in various areas of the country accompanied by thunder at times. Winds will be southwesterly moderate to brisk blowing dust in the southern and eastern regions, the department noted.
