She teamed the promiscuous look with high-heeled black boots and a giant blonde wig.   The 27-year-old entertainer took to the stage the night before at MTV VMA\'s in New York, wearing mermaid inspired underwear as she performed.   The singer is busy promoting her new album Artpop, which is out in November. “Off to the UK!
