The London-based label, favored by the Duchess of Cambridge, has revealed it will be launching an Issa Beach swimwear line.
Issa has signed a deal with Sol Praia, the Portuguese company behind luxury swimwear label Lazul, to produce a new line of one- and two-piece swimwear and cover-ups called Issa Beach.
Issa had already offered sun dresses and kaftans, so the move into swimwear was natural according to the label's boss: "Issa Beach has always seemed like a relevant evolution for the brand," explained Issa chairwoman, Camilla Al Fayed; "the Issa woman already looks to us for her travel wardrobe, and swimwear is a key category for her."
Set to arrive in stores in October 2014 Issa Beach will be stocked in the swimwear sections of luxury department stores and boutiques, as well as within Issa stores. Expect plenty of the label's signature colorful prints on the swimwear.
