A stunning show by celebrity designer Manish Malhotra was the final offering of the Lakame Fashion Week for the Winter Festival 2017.
Lakme Fashion Week is a bi-annual fashion event that takes place in Mumbai. Its Summer Resort show takes place in April while the Winter Festival show takes place in August.
According to the Hindustan Times, for the first time, the color palette for a Malhotra collection involved extensive use of black, white and chrome.
Malhotra is an Indian fashion designer. His prolific career spanning 27 years has seen him redefine fashion for an entire generation of Indians.
For Malhotra, 2015 was a milestone year as it marked 25 years of his association with Hindi cinema as a designer and stylist, and 10 years since the creation of the eponymous label.
He revolutionized costume designing and introduced the concept of styling in Bollywood after his first film as a designer for Juhi Chawla in “Swarg.” Manish’s creative process began with script readings — an unheard of practice in Hindi films, so as to make the characters more relatable to the audience. 
The show was attended by an array of Bollywood stars. Here is list of Bollywood stars who participated in the fashion show:

• Taapsee Pannu showcased a creation by designer Divya Reddy.
• Daina Penty showcased a creation by designer Shriya Som.
• Ileana D’Cruz showcased a creation by designer De Belle.
• Jacqueline Fernandez displayed a creation by Malhotra.
