The actress looked dazzling in a sexy red off-the-shoulder Roberto Cavalli gown with embellishments around the bust and on the waist and also  had a thigh-high split. She accessorised with de Grisogono jewellery which gave her a more glamorous style. Champagne-coloured peep-toes and a simple bun completed her look. We loved the dress on Shayk, it showed off her enviable figure.
