Salma Hayek Dusseldorf - Arabstoday Salma Hayek was quite a vision at the Bambi 2012 Media Awards in Duesseldorf. The Latina actress wore a plunging black and gold dress. She teamed up her outfit with gold bracelets and bangles to her wrists to highlight the gold detailing on the gown and styled her hair in a centre parting with cascading loose curls falling down into the V-neckline of the dress. The event pulled together a collection of local and international celebrities who were honoured for their respective contributions in the media industry. The awards night which took place on November 22 at the German city of Dusseldorf, saw appearances from the likes of Celine Dion, and British boy band One Direction. Hayek, got the jury's nod as the first Latino actress to make it onto Hollywood's A-list and was therefore given the award for international film category. The 46-year-old Mexican-American is best known for her role in the 2002 biographical film, "Frida", which also brought her an Oscar nomination for Best Actress. She recently appeared in Oliver Stone's "Savages" and in "Here Comes the Boom".
