Suez ports

The Red Sea Ports Authority closed on Wednesday four Suez ports due to bad weather conditions.

Poor visibility promoted by the sandstorms hitting Egypt as of Tuesday forced the closure of the ports, said spokesman for the authority Abdel Rehim Moustafa.

The four ports are Sokhna, Adibiya, Zaytait and Port Tawfiq.

The ports will be re-opened after weather improves and sandstorms come to an end, the spokesman said.
