The cabinet allocated 75 million EGP for finalizing Quta waterway project to end the water problem in Fayyoum governorate.

During a meeting with the governorate's executive council, Fayyoym Governor Wael Nabih Makram said efforts are also underway to remove encroachments blocking water from reaching certain areas.
