Egypt and Sudan have agreed to coordinate their stances over the issue of the Nile water shares. In a joint statement issued after President Morsi's visit to Sudan, the two countries expressed their desire to boost cooperation in different fields and to launch a group of joint strategic projects. Morsi's talks in Sudan took up how to implement cooperation agreement signed through by the joint Egyptian-Sudanese higher committee.
