The Foreign Ministry on Wednesday warned fishermen against entering into territorial waters of other country without permits.

Entering territorial waters of neighboring nations without permit runs counter to the laws of these nations, the ministry said.

The ministry made a special warning to the countries which have been rocked by violence such as Yemen and Libya.

The warning came in the light of repeated attempts of Egyptian fishermen to fish outside a permit in territorial waters. Many had been arrested.
