The Nile River water level remained steady on Friday, recording Thursday's same reading of 174.05 meters.
Water released from the Aswan Dam reached 235 million cubic meters and the amount of water coming freshly to Lake Nasser was registered at 595 million cubic meters, according to a report by the Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry.
