Prince Turki bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, President of Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) and President of Saudi Environmental Society and Mayor of Jazan Region Governorate Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Qarni will sign in Jeddah on January 15th a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on National Program of Environmental Awareness and Sustainable Development. The MoU aims to activate the Program in Jazan Region under the title " My Environment, Green Flag, and Green Homeland" and to spread environmental awareness in the society. On his part, Eng. Al-Qarni said that Jazan Region Governorate will participate in the Forum of Environmental Infrastructure and Its Impacts on Environment in the States of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to be held in Jeddah on January 15th under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and with the participation of Saudi and other GCC mayors.
