High winds have whipped up sands in the five districts of Al Wadi Al Gadid governorate, severely reducing visibility on its main roads.

Personnel at the various police checkpoints in the province were now advising motorists to drive slowly and exercise caution in order to prevent possible accidents, according to a security source.
