President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday met with Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mohamed Shaker.
Shaker briefed the president on a number of projects aiming at developing the electricity and renewable energy sector in Egypt, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
Also, Sisi got updated on efforts exerted to rationalize energy consumption, the spokesman said.
