Cairo - MENA
An Egyptian electric agency expected a 750-megawatt increase in the amount of electricity available for Friday.
In a daily bulletin, the Egyptian Electric Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency said the maximum power load is projected to hit 21,250 megawatts today compared to 22,700 megawatts on Thursday.
The agency added that the minimum power load reached 15,200 megawatts yesterday.
Egypt is trying to reduce the consumption of electricity as many people complain about daily power cuts.
