The Chinese Trina-Solar Company LTD specialized in renewable energy production announced its intension to invest USD 200 in the solar energy sector in Jordan. The Chinese \"People\'s\" daily newspaper reported today on its website that the project shall be launched after obtaining the requisite approvals. The company management seeks to expand its activities outside China. The newspaper reported that the Jordanian Investment Authority welcomed Chinese investments and offered them all appropriate investment environment in the country, its components, a set of services and facilities being provided to investors particularly in the clean energy sector.
