Electricity has been restored in Al-Jahra City after power supply to the station supplying the current was cut, the Ministry of Electricity and Water said Monday.
One of the cables attached to the power grids touched some trees which disrupted the electricity network causing an outage in station supplying electricity to Al-Qasr, Al-Oyoun and Naseem areas of Al-Jahra City.
Emergency teams rushed to the scene and restored electricity, it noted.
