Shuwaikh port

The Environment Public Authority on Wednesday clarified that a picture that has gone viral on the electronic media showing what appeared to be like a floating oil slick close to a ship is actually a shape of stirred slit sediments.
EPA said its personnel examined the pictures, widely perceived of showing a ship dumping oil into the sea waters.
However, closer examination revealed that a ship that provides logistics to other vehicles was moving in Shuwaikh port when the dark-colored spill appeared on the surface.
Actually, this spot came to the surface and appeared like an oil slick, formed as a result of stirring slit at the bottom of the harbor. And, the ship was not an oil tanker.
