Minister of Energy and Mines of the Dominican Republic Pelegrin Castillo Seman met HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Dominican Republic Khamis Butti Al Sahouti. 
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them, especially in the field of energy and mining.
