Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussein bin Ali Mirza received NGN International Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East Yacoub Al-Awadhi, who was accompanied by a company delegation.

The minister was briefed about latest cutting edge technologies which are used in distance reading of electricity metres.

He welcomed cooperation with local and international companies which provided developed technologies to enhance the quality of electricity and water services, stressing the ministry’s readiness to study the offers.

The meeting was attended by Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) Deputy CEO for Distributions and Customers Service Adnan Mohammed Fakhro and the minister’s advisor Dr. Ahmed Hashim.
