President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree no.93 of 2015 approving an agreement on a loan to expand West Cairo Power station to 650 megawatts.

The agreement was inked on December 2014, is between Egypt and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.

The decree was published in official gazette Thursday.
