Construction work finished off at South Korea\'s first wind power generator with an 18 megawatt capacity at a cost of 50-billion won. Korean Broadcast, (KBS), said Friday, the Taebaek wind power complex, built 1000 meters above sea level, will generate 44-thousand megawatt hours of electricity and supply 16-thousand households nearby. South Korea is planning on constructing more eight power generators in Taebaek by November, and 100 more generators in Pyeongchang, Muju, Jeongseon and Gimcheon by 2014.
