Severe punishment will be imposed on anyone lighting street lampposts during the day, Giza Governor Ali Abdel-Rahman said. He said he will not allow any action that would embarrass the localities. This came during an expanded meeting with lighting officials in the districts. He asserted the necessity to set technical mechanisms to solve this problem
