A hot wave is expected to hit most of Egypt's governorates including Cairo on Saturday for 24 hours, Chairman of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority Ahmed Abdel Aal said on Thursday.

The wave is expected to end on Sunday when the temperature decreases by 6-7 degrees.
