At first we thought this was some sort of kit project when CarBuzz reader \'StanceDude\' sent two very interesting videos. They showed what looks like a three-wheeled trike prototype caught testing on the streets of Utah.We did some digging around after someone suggested to us it was the work of a company called Myers Motors. That was not the case, however, and we\'ve now been able to confirm it belongs to a company called Vanderhall Motor Works, based out of Utah.A company representative sent us the following digital drawings of the eventual production model as well as some technical specs. Power comes from a turbo ICE without any hybrid or assist, with a total of around 200hp and 200lb-ft of torque and is mated to a six-speed auto shift transmission. The test mules have been able to go from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds with both air conditioning and power windows. Our source also claims that it can show the stability of any four wheel sports car due to low CG and weight distribution. All told, it averages around 40/60 mpg city/highway.Curb weight is between 1,300 - 1,500 pounds and the overall dimensions are small than a Mini, but the width of a smart car. With its single seat layout and a rear jump seat, this so far unnamed trike looks like tons of fun. Vanderhall Motor Works is planning on launching it sometime next year.
