This is the Lexus GS F sport. It\'s a gently heated version of the ordinary GS and it\'ll be officially unveiled at the Sema tuning show in Las Vegas on November 1.Out back, there\'s also a diffuser and one of those funny little afterthought boot spoilers that are frustratingly normative on sported-up variants. There\'s also a set of new rims - 19-inchers finished in grey and shod in 235/40/19 tyres up front and wider 265/35/19s at the rear. It gets a unique interior, too - namely this garnet red leather effort, which is framed by aluminium where you\'d usually find some wood. Lexus says the suspension\'s been \"retuned\" as well. This involves adding special Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) tech, relocating the rear shock absorbers and a set of stiffer bushes to settle body roll.Predictably, everything\'s adjustable via several million Lexusy buttons. The main settings are Normal (which we presume means normal) and Sport S+ (which we presume means BIG SMOKY BURNOUTS).While it\'s in BIG SMOKY BURNOUT mode, it does actually do something quite clever - the gear ratio on the steering changes by ten per cent and you get four per cent more torque on the wheel. That means you have to move the steering wheel less to turn more, and it feels harder to turn.There\'s also rear-wheel steer. Or, as Toyota prefers, \"Lexus Dynamic Handling\". During normal driving, the rear wheels turn up to two degrees in the opposite direction to the fronts. Snazzy it may be, but new tech it\'s not - LDH is currently available as an option. But will it have a colossal V10, a la LFA? Nope. It\'s a hybrid. And full engine specs haven\'t been released, which seems strange for something with a Sport badge. To make up for it, here\'s a video of the LFA putting in a terrifying quick 7 minute 14second ‘Ring lap.
