The education ministry said Friday it will give certificates of donation to those who contribute human resources and financial support to school education, as part of efforts to encourage more philanthropy of this kind. The recognition, which will also come with a plate bearing the inscription \"DEㆍDonation for Education,\" could be used to promote donors\' images as well as other promotional activity, the ministry said.
