The Secretary General of the Council of Child Welfare, Amal Mahmud Al-Amin has asserted the necessity for inclusion of the right of education in the forthcoming Constitution as it considered a basic factor for the development of communities . Ustaza Amal who was addressing a workshop on the inclusion of Education in the Constitution at the Khartoum State\'s Legislative Council , Thursday, described the workshop as opportunity for the reconsideration of inclusion of the right of education in the constitution because the children are the developers of the future . She affirmed the Council great concern over the education of the poor and the disabled, adding that it\'s the partnership between the civil society organizations and the state to maintain the children rights to affirm the priority of the free education to achieve social justice .
