His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has given directives to allocate Dh500,000 to buy books for school libraries. The Sharjah Education Council will supervise the purchase and distribution of books among the school libraries in 
the emirate. Assistant Director of Sharjah Educational Zone Mona Shohail lauded the Ruler’s support to cultivate reading habit among children.
