Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Hisham Sharaf Hisham Sharaf and chargé d'affaires of the German Embassy met here on Saturday, discussing scholarships and visa issuance to Yemeni students. They also reviewed mutual cooperation, particularly in the field of scientific research, planning and policies of higher education, and benefiting of Germany’s experiences.
