Karzakan Boys’ Primary School came under attack, becoming the 86th public educational establishment to be targeted since the beginning of the academic year. Saboteurs set fire inside the school, causing damage to the fence. The blaze was put out before it could extend to school classrooms. The attack was reported to the security authorities. The Education Ministry condemned the string of attacks targeting public schools as part of a campaign to harm educational establishments. In a statement issued today, the Public Relations and Media Directorate described the criminal acts as being a systematic campaign being orchestrated to disrupt the educational march.
