Minister of Education Mahmoud Abul-Nasr underlined that a new education strategy cnforming up to international levels will be ready before the beginning of the second term of the school year. During a seminar organized by Rotary Club on homeless children and dropouts, Abul-Nasr said the new strategy will be based on the Egyptian culture and will be commensurate with international educational standards. The minister said the number of dropouts in Egypt reached two million children and the ministry is preparing a project to help them re-join schools or vocational education. He said these children can either realize development or destroy Egypt.
