Prosecutors said Tuesday that they have sent a summons to the head of a private Seoul university over suspicion of embezzlement. Park Chul, president of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, was asked last week to appear before prosecutors to face questioning about the embezzlement suspicion, officials at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors\' Office said.
