Three students were killed on Saturday after a wall collapsed in a school in the town of Hanin (169 kilometres north of Beirut). Security forces, civil defence officials, Hanin municipality workers and the Red Cross participated in the rescue effort to pull out bodies from the rubble. An earlier building collapse in January in Beirut killed 26 inhabitants.
