The National Qualifications Accreditation Committee has approved seventy-two academic degrees which met required terms and regulations. Education Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Abdulla Yusuf Al-Mutawa chaired the panel which delayed the accreditation of other degrees pending completion of academic requirements and terms. The accredited qualifications cover various academic specialties, including medicine, engineering, sciences, law, political sciences and business management.
