China's Ministry of Education has warned Chinese students against 60 British universities of which their qualifications of recruiting overseas students have been suspended.
British Home Office has recently suspended the application qualifications of Glyndwr University issuing Tier 4 visas to international students, the qualifications of issuing admission letters confirmation letters to international students issued by University of West London and University of Bedfordshire.
The Home Office also suspended qualifications of recruiting international students by other 57 private colleges. Those universities and colleges will be investigated by British government.
The Ministry of Education suggested in the warning that those Chinese students who received admission letters from universities and colleges concerned do not go to Britain. The visa application of students who have received confirmation of admission letters will be turned aside.
In addition, international students who are in Britain will not be affected. International students already in colleges of which qualification of recruiting international students will not be affected either.
The Ministry of Education urged students, their parents and intermediary agencies to pay attention to the related information.
