Education Minister Mahmoud Abul-Nasr inaugurated on Monday a primary school in Luxor.
Built in Menshaat el-Amary district, the school cost EGP 1.2 million.
He opened another school in Qena at a cost of EGP 2 million.
Schools across Egypt have opened doors for students to begin a new school year.
