Alexandria Governor Tarek Mahdi laid down on Sunday the foundation stone of a basic education school in eastern Alexandria.
The new school includes 17 classrooms, a computer lab in addition to six kindergarten classes, a small mosque and a classroom for students with special needs, the governor said.
