Jordan's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Labib Khadra met here today with his Kuwaiti counterpart Bader Al Essa, Discussions during the meeting dealt with academic cooperation between Jordan and Kuwait in scientific, cultural and student exchange areas.
