Education and Higher Learning minister Marwan Hmadeh on Tuesday received at his office a delegation from UNHCR headed by UNHCR senior Mireille Gerard and discussed with her means of boosting a good platform prone to ensure a safe return for displaced Syrians to their homeland, in terms of qualifying them with good education quality.
