The National Council for Women (NCW) Head Mervet el Talawi said that the council will provide legal help for the raped disabled girl.

This heinous act of rape is considered violation to human rights, el Talawi underscored.

After the news were fanned in the media, the NCW contacted the family of the victim.

The council will also provide psychological support for the girl to ease her suffering, the official reiterated.
