A large number of South Koreans outside the labor force entered the job market last month, government data showed Monday, in what the government sees as a positive sign of the country's economic recovery. According to the monthly employment data released by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the nation's economically inactive population declined by 552,000 people in February, nearly double the 279,000 recorded in February 2000.
