Judicial officials in Uruguay say murder charges have been filed against two male nurses. A female nurse has also been charged with covering up a crime. The judge overseeing the case said the two men, who worked at the same hospital, admitted to causing the deaths of 16 patients by administering a lethal dose of morphine. The judge also said that there were no apparent connections between the men, despite the fact that they worked at the same hospital.
